I just whipped up this #bananabread to use up some old bananas....and it’s dairy free (except for the butter at the end!) And it’s got my kids ✔️ of approval!! Recipe:
3 ripe mashed bananas 🍌
2 cups wholemeal SR flour
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup coconut cream
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a loaf tin (20cm x 10cm) and line with baking paper
Mix ingredients all together in large bowl.
Pour into prepared loaf tin.
Cook for approx 40 mins or until golden and cooked through.
Enjoy!! 😋😋😋😋
