Created by experienced chefs using locally sourced ingredients and recipes developed by AIM coaching, through evidence-based coaching, each meal is pre-portioned and barcode-scannable for easy tracking and consistency.

As a busy wife, mum, chef, owner and founder of Alimentos Catering, I understand how easily health can slip down the priority list. Years of shift work led to poor eating habits, until I began working with Mia as my nutrition and fitness coach — a turning point in my life.
From that experience, I developed the concept of “meal prep made easy”, and Mia couldn’t have been more supportive of the idea.
Now, I’m incredibly proud to be collaborating with Mia both personally and professionally. This partnership brings together my passion for high-quality food and her evidence-based, balanced approach to health.

As the founder and head coach of Aim Coaching, I bring both lived experience and formal education to my coaching. I hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Certificates III & IV in Fitness, and I’m a Certified Nutritionist, with further study in Applied Women’s Physiology and Training. With over 12 years of industry experience, my approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, balance, and long-term sustainability, never restriction or quick fixes.
